When all doors are closed, the inspiration comes from within. It happens to everyone and it happens all the time. It is upto the individual to listen to that inner voice and move further.

I think the most important thing to do is to believe in yourself in order to achieve a good self-esteem. Also, try to identify your issues and then correct them. Only by facing your disappointments and your fears you will be able to have a positive image upon yourself.

Be a leader. Try to motivate others and have the attitude in you. do not worry about problems. Be bold enough to face the problems. Be charming as much ever as possible. And maintain clean relationships with everyone.

Very well said tongyun! I agree 100%. There are people who just don't understand the term "self-improvement," they are convinced they are good enough and there is nothing to improve. If you force to read them a book on the subject, they'll nod their head but apply nothing of it.
