What is the hardest part?

Those of you familiar with the Japanese language, what would you say is the hardest part to learn? Is it grammar? Vocabulary? Pronunciation? Or perhaps reading and writing?

I'm not an expert in the Japanese language but I'm sure that the hardest part of this language is grammar.

For me it is the grammar, though that is just me, though sometimes even the heragana can get you at times too.
